Hullo!

Hola!

Well, this week was great! Like always! It was awesome seeing you all yesterday!!! And I hope you had a good rest of your Mothers Day, mama! It was super cool talking with you! This week was really good in the sense that we got a lot done! Transfers were on Tuesday and that is CRAZY. But we did it. And we survived. We also got a new companion, Elder Everett. He is awesome! Like, super awesome! He is a super good example to me of someone who literally submits everything. He is a really diligent Elder and I'm happy to have him and Elder Ashton as my companions. Both of them are great! We're really starting to put some focus into our area. Lots of tracting and working with members to create a teaching pool. But that's been really fun actually. Talai is our main investigator right now and he's doing good. We just have to get him to church! He works a lot so its a struggle. And we also have an Investigator now named Gamal! He's from Egypt and really likes the book of Mormon and he believes Joseph Smith is a prophet and everything, so that's awesome. But same thing, getting him to church is a struggle. So it kind of reminds me of Spanish Work in that sense. hahaa. But yeah, everything is great! I love my ward! I love my companions and my mission and everything! Its all super great!

Well, I hope you all have a great week this week! Love ya!

Hola!

This week was super busy, but awesome all the same! Its transfer week, so it was full of meetings with President Orgill, working in the office, and making lots of calls to lots of different people. In one of the meetings with President Orgill, he told us a story about when he was in Tonga and he and his companion were allowed to have Motorcycles so that they could cover more ground and do exchanges and things like that. Hahah its cracks me up to think of President Orgill flying around on a Motorcycle in Tonga. Anyways, he said that this one time his Mission President, President Groberg, was driving Elder Hunter in his car down a street and that he flew past them on his Motorcycle. He said he waved as he went by and Elder Hunter was like "Is that one of ours?" Haha when we was telling the story, I was like, "Wait, do you mean Howard W. Hunter??" and he was like "Yeah!" haha. I don't know why that makes me laugh so hard, but it does. President Orgill is the best. I'm gonna miss him a lot. Another thing that is cool is that we're getting a new companion this transfer. Elder Ashton and I will stay together, but we're going to be joined by new companion, Elder Everett! He's awesome! He's lived in West Jordan for most of his life, but then in High School he moved to Riverton! He just kept going to Copperhills though, so I didn't know him. And his Dad lives in Dana Point.. which is in our mission. Actually, Elder Everett was serving in Dana Point for the past 4 and a half months! So he saw his Dad a lot. Which is sweet! He'll join our companionship on Tuesday. I'm super excited about it!

That's pretty much it for this week! Love ya! Hope you  have a great week!

Another Great Week!!! (Video clip)

Hola!

Well, this week was great! As usual. Being on my mission is just kind of natural now! Hahah Not saying I don't miss you guys! It just feels like I've been doing this forever so this is real life now! Its kind of a weird feeling, but I like it. Being a missionary is the best it gets. We didn't really have a chance to visit any of our people this week! Except we felt like we needed to go try past a previous investigator that we found in the area book, so we went past, and he was totally sweet! I guess he just kind of lost contact with the missionaries, but he started to tell us that he knows that Joseph Smith is a prophet because he knows he was a good guy and the fruits he has shown! He's from Egypt and his name is Gamal, so we're gonna try to see him pretty regularly.
On other news, its transfer week and its crazy busy! So hopefully we can just finish everything we need to and there wont be any last minute changes and we can just work in our area!

Hope everyone has a great week! Love ya!

Elder Fuell
